GoogleI was looking to let out my apartment in November 23, and with another agent not having much luck, I enlisted Knight Frank. Jamie Vass became a trusted advisor and found me a tenant in less than a week. I was astounded by his professionalism, guidance and compassion for a new landlord who practically had 0 clue what the whole process looked like. I know also how helpful he was to my tenant who was new to renting as well. He helped build a great working relationship with myself and my tenant which has flourished since everything was completed. I’m not sure how successful this would have all been wi th out him. Thanks Knight Frank for making this process a little easier for a newbie, especially Jamie, this was remarkably easy with you guiding me along the way.

GoogleWe instructed Knight Frank’s Oxford office as executors of our mother’s estate for the sale of the family home. Olly Saxton advised us on the marketing strategy and was always available and responsive throughout the transaction. As the house would be a possible renovation project, he advised a realistic price in the hope of attracting higher offers, and also for us to obtain a seller’s survey report to avoid the risk of later renegotiations due to the condition of the property. Both proved spot on. We live a long way from the property and so Knight Frank were also very helpful in recommending companies to do maintenance work and being present for these visits, as well as all the viewings - they even took final meter readings for us on completion. We could not be more happy with the service provided by Knight Frank’s Oxford office and Olly Saxton in particular.

GoogleHaving worked with a local independent agent for over a year with two prolonged and failed sales, we decided to give Knight Frank in Oxford the challenge of selling our family home. Our very first meeting with Oliver was gently reassuring, He brought a candid honesty and reality to the process which helped us to ‘reset’ as we prepared to remarket the property. The on-boarding process was blissfully efficient through the creation of a wonderful brochure to getting live on various web portals in a matter of days. Marketing and generating interest and viewings of our property were never an issue but where the real value in working with Knight Frank shone through was management of the clients as interests matured from viewings to offers. The stewardship provided by Oliver and the team was first class, resulting in securing a most suitable buyer that not only delivered on everything they promised, but met the target to exchange of just 6 weeks. The depth of reputation and reach of the Knight Frank brand solicited buyers that simply may not have reached out through local agents. Coupled with smart insight and understanding of buyers tactics and behaviours, Oliver and the Summertown team delivered great support and commitment to our sale, we only wish we had gone to them in the first instance!

GoogleHarry Sheppard and team (the word team is important here) went the extra mile in uniting a lovely buyer with bereaved sellers in transferring the property to the next stage of it’s ownership. Against a backdrop of difficult market conditions, it would have been easy for the sale of the property to have dragged on for a prolonged period of time. Knight Frank placed the property at the right price point and effectively marketed it to the right target audience. Furthermore, they were tenacious in steering the deal through the legal process to it’s ultimate fruition. There is no substitute for experience-based knowledge, and when combined with personable and professional attention, Knight Frank appear to have a winning formula.
