Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! Her effort will always be remembered and admired.

The professionalism and attitude of the team

The professionalism and attitude of the people who work there, which makes it a pleasant experience instead of a chore. Sofia and her team on the sales side at Craven Terrace are upbeat but sensible and their efforts are much appreciated. We let our flat with KFR for the first time in 2024 so had also to learn the ropes once we had found a tenant- we were lucky to have Phillip Dunn to help us because he knows how everything works in managing a property , and can advise when something needs attention and when it doesn’t .And he gets things done, which is a really good service.

He was responsive to the queries, transparent on pricing and ensured all the requirements are clearly explained. Louna was exceptional

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. Excellent professional staff

We bought a house through Knight Frank in the summer of 2024. I can thoroughly recommend Knight Frank and its employees in the West Country. In particular Rachael Hancock head of sales progression, Mark Proctor regional partner and Stella (Littlewood, I think) who gave up her time to show us around the property. Their expert knowledge of the house itself, the area, local laws and the buying process clearly showed why Knight Frank has earned its reputation. Even though the house we bought was relatively small within Knight Frank’s portfolio we were made to feel as important as any client and when the going got tricky as it does in any purchase, well, all I can say is I am glad they were on our side. We are hugely grateful.
