Totally disappointing experience with Knight Frank Tower Bride. Walid was quick to get us to pay a holding deposit but then entirely disappeared leaving us with nobody to discuss details further. Their building management that was responsible for our flat is straight out appalling. They completely ignored us at times, were entirely chaotic and forgot to file the most basic things. When it came to checking out somehow the checkout report was 50pages longer than the check in report covering “issues” of items which were not even included in the check-in. They subsequently tried to charge us for wear and tear already documented at check in, for painting works we never did, and finger prints supposedly found on the washer, wanting to deduct over £1k. When we decided to escalate to TDS resolution the bill all of a sudden reduced to £150.. make of this what you will but I would avoid at all costs if possible.

I have just had a very amicable and professional experience as a landlord with Knight Frank's Tower Bridge branch. I have worked with KF over the last 10 years in different properties and found the Tower Bridge Branch so far to be the best . Louna Del Barrio was my point of contact and she went above and beyond for me. Not only was she professional and knowledgable - she also was extremely thorough and helped me find a tenant very quickly , as well as sorting out last minute small issues. We rented an apartment in One Tower Bridge through Knight Frank and although the initial process of renting ran smoothly, the process of checking out was an absolute nightmare. Communicating with their team was extremely challenging and some of their team members were really quite rude. Having read some of the previous reviews, it seems this is a bit of a pattern. We were massively overcharged for professional cleaning, luckily we had a quote from the time from a well known company to compare, and ultimately had to pursue the issue through TDS. We got most of our money back (well over 400 pounds). Please be careful with this team.

Fantastic! The whole team is terrific at Tower Bridge and I must particularly mention Tom Yeomanson - the sales manager. Not only was I happy with all aspects of the service but there were complications with my sale and in fact I had to change solicitor. Tom went the extra mile - worked hard to keep myself and the buyer up to date and supported all parties through the various issues. I could not have asked for better. The sale price attained was very fair and all parties were happy! The rest of the team too were always positive, helpful and friendly. This team, gets the job done - in a helpful, supportive way and I cannot sing their praises enough. My sale had the potential to be extremely stressful because of the legal complexities but the stress was taken out of it by the proactive, totally customer focused approach. Thank you Knight Frank!
