We had an excellent experience with Knight Frank Residential Sales, and in particular Fiennes McCulloch, during the purchase of our new home in Millbrook, Chilton Foliat. Fiennes did an outstanding job managing the transaction from start to finish. He was proactive, communicative, and highly professional, liaising closely with the sellers to ensure all parties were aligned and working towards an agreeable and smooth completion date. His calm and considered approach made what can often be a stressful process feel well managed and reassuring throughout. As a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture, Fiennes also presented us with a lovely house-warming gift to celebrate the purchase of our new and forever home, which was a very kind and personal touch. We would not hesitate to recommend Fiennes McCulloch and Knight Frank to anyone looking for a first-class residential sales service.

Unfortunately we were selling in 2025 with a dreadful market. Property was overvalued at the outset as a result. We used Knight Frank in Hungerford for the sale of our property. Mark Potter was our point of contact. I could not recommend them more highly. Selling a house is stressful, however Mark and his team were incredibly professional throughout and certainly dealt with any issues that cropped up along with the way immediately. They communicated with us regularly and insured that we were fully briefed before any viewings took place. Mark's knowledge of the property and the area was incredibly detailed, which allowed us to feel confident that he/Knight Frank were best placed to match the right client with our property. Knight Frank delivered an exceptionally high number of viewings and we accepted a very good offer within six weeks of the property going on the market. Mr Wightman was very solicitous and helpful during the process of advertising and selling, and negotiated the sale very professionally to everyone's satisfaction. However there is one area which I did not find satisfactory. The viewing agent, while very pleasant, who was showing the property to clients was often in a hurry to her next appointment, and not up to speed with information about the property.

Victoria was absolutely brilliant as the agent dealing with my house purchase from the outset. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure a sale for the buyer, by seeing me on the road looking at the house after she had finished a previous viewing, she offered me a tour despite it being early evening after 6pm and she was clearly on her way home. She was down to earth and jovial showing us around the house in a light hearted manner, there was no heavy sales push or snobbery involved, which I have experienced in the past which is most disconcerting nor any clock watching where we felt under pressure about the time we took. Negotiation was done quickly and smoothly within 10 minutes without any stress from either party. Victoria was fabulous in finding good local solicitors to surveyors. To ensure ease of sale Victoria established a good relationship between myself and the vendor which was so beneficial for both parties to ensure a smooth straightforward sale. From the moment my offer was on the table Victoria was fast on the heals of my mortgage advisor and solicitor, I didn't have to chase anyone and yet we managed to complete within 6 weeks, she worked completely behind the scenes and provided me with fortnightly updates as and when, which was perfect considering I have a stressful job. I would highly recommend using Victoria as an agent, she was always calm, collected, knew exactly all the details and where we were in the process of the sale at all times. My family, friends and work colleagues couldn't quite believe just how easy buying a house was for me, great thanks to Victoria!

We had an absolutely stellar experience of buying a property through Knight Frank, thanks to Victoria Anderson-Stewart. I understand the property had previously struggled to sell through another agency and KF took on the challenge as they genuinely felt they could help, which clearly paid off! Victoria went over and above at every stage, not only for the seller but also for us as buyers. We always knew where we stood, as Victoria kept regular communication and was always very clear. The individual we bought from found the process tough, as they had no local family and little personal support. Victoria showed great empathy and dedication at all times, helping the seller with many things that would typically be deemed 'outside of an agent's remit'. This helped everything to run smoothly, through all stages of the purchase and negotiation. We were delighted with the service we received from Knight Frank right through to the day when we moved in, when we were presented with a lovely gift bag by Victoria. She brought a welcome and refreshing energy to the transaction the like of which we had not encountered in over 40 years of buying and selling several previous properties. Carefully selected viewings took place daily from day 1 of the marketing campaign.
