GoogleIf only I had gone to Victoria/Knight Frank when I first put my house on the market... Apart from a very professional and supportive approach there was a lovely drawing by her daughter which I treasure and an offer for her husband to help me move (!). Victoria has been wonderful and I have and would recommend going to KF and asking for Victoria if you are selling or buying.

She has always been calm and approachable - very reassuring at a stressful time! We sold within 6 weeks of going on the market - the viewings were handled well, with minmal disruption. We have also been helped with the purchase of our new house and had friendly sensible advice in all aspects of our move.

Whilst Rob and Nick as the main negotiators steered the sale through in a professional manner I must also give praise to the whole team at the Hungerford branch. Every member of staff is polite, efficient and professional. They operate as a really effective team and always gave us confidence that our best interests were being looked after at all times. GoogleWe had a very tricky house sale and Victoria handled everything, and everybody, brilliantly. She was proactive right from the start and kept the project on track right through the process. She was always easy to get hold of and always rang back when she said she would. She went above and beyond on several occasions to sort out problems and her ability to communicated effectively with all parties was the only reason the sale went through. I can't recommend her highly enough.

GoogleIt took us about 8 months to find and purchase a house through Knight Frank Hungerford. The whole team were fantastic and special thanks to Karen Smith who coordinated us through this lengthy time period. I think we ended up visiting the property we purchased 4 times before completion and each time Karen met us with warmth, enthusiasm and a smile.
