GoogleAdam and his colleagues at Knight Frank Esher made my house purchase smooth and surprisingly enjoyable, which is a rarity in my experience of the property market! Crucially, Adam knew when the process needed his involvement and help to move it along but was comfortable facilitating a direct dialogue and relationship to develop between me and the seller, so that we could speed up communication and clear up any points that needed clearing up along the way. This maturity and judgement made a huge difference to all parties. Thank you!

Harry and Giselle have navigated us through the process with great skill, discretion and sensitivity. We felt confident that Harry had an in depth knowledge of the area and enthusiasm for the property that we are sure contributed to the successful sale. His advice was always well considered and accurate. During the challenging journey from offer to exchange in just 20 days we felt protected and well informed at all times. GoogleWORST experience with their letting agents. Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them: 1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract. 2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving. 3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark
