I have had to deal with Lety Lupi in…

I have had to deal with Lety Lupi in management in the last few days. Although she had no history on my actual tenancy, having only recently taken over from Catrin at my end of tenancy, she was a thorough professional manager . She did an excellent job, really getting up to speed very quickly with historic information efficiently and dealt with check out inventory feedback and agreement . I felt she was a real asset to Knight Frank in that she was polite , engaging as well as being diplomatic and being the perfect go-between tenant and Landlord in a very reasonable way. I would 100% use Knight Frank again because my experience with management has been. Letty is super efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

We have been with Knight Frank for several years now and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. We have always received full support, genuine advice on choosing new tenants and also assistance at all times should we need any help or advice during tenancies. When looking for new tenants Carmen & Gaia have gone out of their way to secure the best calibre of tenants. Sofia has been very supportive and available at all times starting from choosing tenants to seeing the tenancy through together with Carmen and Gaia. Honestly I cannot praise them enough. Thank you all for always being there for us, at all times to help, advise and support us in any situation we find ourselves in. A very big THANK YOU :)

Katie was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Finding and securing a new tenancy can normally be stressful, but she made everything feel incredibly simple and straightforward from start to finish. She was always helpful, responsive and easy to deal with, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout. She really took the stress out of the whole experience and made what can normally be a difficult process feel completely seamless. Knight Frank in Wimbledon Village acted for us on the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. They worked hard to generate interest and viewings, giving feedback after each viewing. All the team were very professional and responsive and kept us informed throughout. They guided us through the process, giving considered advice on pricing and how to present the house. They recommended an excellent solicitor which made the process of exchanging in a relatively short timescale possible. Throughout the process all the team were supportive. Excellent all round service

A very happy experience with Knight Frank. A fair initial pricing and excellent communication throughout the selling process. Viewings were enthusiastically conducted and there was always someone at the end of the phone if I needed to talk through something. Jack is extremely diligent, professional and client focused. He knew his brief, was able to simply spell out the differences in the various properties and was customer focused - didn't make me feel rushed and if he didn't know the answer to the question followed up on everything in a timely manner. I was able to make a decision in a day. I would strongly recommend him to others looking for a property. In my career I have moved 13 times between cities (New York, London, Dubai, Geneva, etc . and rented 20+ properties over 40 years. Others could learn from his example as other parts of the process did not go so well (nothing to do with him but the referencing entity was awful). I would use him again or recommend him if the situation arises again. I wish him all the best.

Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. The professionalism and attitude of the people who work there, which makes it a pleasant experience instead of a chore. Sofia and her team on the sales side at Craven Terrace are upbeat but sensible and their efforts are much appreciated. We let our flat with KFR for the first time in 2024 so had also to learn the ropes once we had found a tenant- we were lucky to have Phillip Dunn to help us because he knows how everything works in managing a property , and can advise when something needs attention and when it doesn’t .And he gets things done, which is a really good service.

Move in nightmare

Property was very dirty, with appliances not working, full of issues, and work that was part of the tenancy agreement wasn’t carried out. Check in was late by several hours. Following up on fixing things with the property manager afterwards is a nightmare as they are non responsive most of the time.
