I started to market my property some 16 months ago with another agency. It became clear after nearly a year that they were getting nowhere so I moved to Knight Frank. they got me an offer at the asking price within a couple of weeks and then played a massive part in sorting out a particular issue which arose concerning an old Deed which no-one could find a copy of! Consistently chased up both sides solicitors. They come highly recommended, particularly Charlie Burnell, and I would us them again without any hesitation.
