We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!

After researching local agents round bracknell and ascot i narrowed it down to two agents with great reviews and Knight frank and one other valued our home .Agents have very different approaches our first agent just had a more aggressive feel and so when Greg crosse of Knight Frank valued our home with a more relaxed approach myself and my partner new they were the agents for us .Always felt Greg and team have been transparent during the process and this is invaluable. Knight Frank Ascot have been exceptionally helpful, professional and attentive. We wanted to rent a property in June this year and upon expressing interest in one with Knight Frank, we liaised with Charlotte Kelly to proceed and manage negotiations for securing the property. Charlotte Kelly has always been very responsive to all our requests and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent. She has been very prompt in assisting us with queries and despite a last minute glitch, which I understand were circumstances not in her control, she stayed professional and helpful. I'd recommend Charlotte Kelly highly as a letting agent. Charlotte works in the best interests of both the landlord and the tenants. She is reliable, HONEST and will go that extra mile for both parties. Thank you Charlotte Kelly for making this move stress free from your end. I had to attend the Knight Frank office for verification ,with my partner, as a part of the lettings process. The weather was bad and it was raining. I cannot remember the name of the staff member at Knight Franks but he was extremely helpful and polite and offered to come and meet my partner in the car park so as to not cause us any inconvenience. This shows that the ethos and customer service , for the Ascot branch, is paramount and maintained to a high standard. I contacted Charlotte Kelly, recently ,for some advise which was non related to this tenancy and she was prompt in returning my call despite me not leaving a message on her answerphone. Knight Frank is not managing the current property I am renting and therefore I did not expect a call back. I have dealt with many agents in the past and can safely say that Knight Franks Ascot are one of the very few Estate Agents that care about their clients and it is not just about the business for them. A special mention to Charlotte Morris for assisting and firming up the tenancy contracts
