They are an incredibly proactive team who work tirelessly to get the transaction done - right from initial negotiations through to completion. Kim McKillop was so helpful - and always easy to get hold of when I needed her help and advice. I felt like I had a whole team who were working just for me. They progressed the purchase and sale when I couldn't and they took away so much of the inevitable stress associated with moving house. GoogleFantastic service from a great team. We can not speak highly enough of Ed and the team in the Ascot office who helped us buy our dream home. It was a complex transaction for a listed property with an equestrian yard attached, so lots of things to ensure we’re in order. The team were very patient and constructive. They went the extra mile to ensure both parties in the transaction were well served. The best experience we have had with an estate agent over many transaction. If Carlsberg did estate agents they would be called Knight Frank! A huge thank you to the team.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with James, Sandie and the team last year in the sale of our house. We found them to be always professional, balanced, sensitive, and supportive in what was a difficult sale due to complicated and sometimes emotional factors associated with the house. We were always kept informed on progress, James and the team are hugely proactive and committed where I found other agents were just prepared to sit back and wait for prospective buyers to somehow appear out of nowhere and then we would have to chase them for feedback. We always had plenty of notice for viewings, and feedback was always punctual. And they showed themselves prepared to go above and beyond in the final stages of negotiation. It was a joy working with them on both a professional and personal basis and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI used Knight Frank Rental -Ascot and Virginia Water I moved to Knight Frank after not so happy experience with other Agency and certainly noticed the difference. Knight Frank was very professional, persistent without being 'pushy', efficient and friendly. They found a tenant very quickly and managed the whole process very well. I was particularly impressed with Ross Harvey and Leo Isadore. Happy to use them again

GoogleI interviewed several good agents but am happy I went with Knight Frank in the end. Not only was the sale successful (asking price, closed less than 3 months from listing), but the process was made much easier and less stressful because of Ed Shaw and his team. They know the market, work hard, communicate consistently well and were generally just great to work with. Absolutely no complaints and a lot of appreciation.
