GoogleKnight Frank, Ascot have been exceptionally helpful and professional in selling the house and maximising the price. Happily this did not mean over valuing . They said what they would do and did it lead by Neil and supported by the others in the office during the week and not forgetting the Saturday viewing ladies. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleDear Sirs Having conducted himself so professionally on the sale of my mothers home, I feel compelled that such a thorough service should be commended and the Knight Frank top-tier management should be made aware of what a truly fantastic job George achieved. From when my mother made the decision to sell her house three years ago to the final stages proved to be an arduous journey......we commissioned numerous established local agents and having eventually secured a reliable buyer, the last few weeks were made far less stressful primarily through George's natural ability to communicate, often on a daily basis. For a young chap of 25 years, he demonstrated a level of understanding and maturity way beyond his years and having had personal experience in this industry, I am fully aware how challenging these transactions can be when dealing with multiple variables. My advice - do what it takes to keep George onboard. It would be the best decision you will have made in a while!

GoogleI bought a Knight Frank were the agents for in August 2015. I have to say I was very impressed from start to finish with their level of engagement and support, especially considering we were the buyers not the sellers. They regularly checked in with us and represented our vendors while they were out of the country for a long period and were extremely accommodating (pun intended) with practical items like viewings, access, questions etc.
