I have had to deal with Lety Lupi in…

I have had to deal with Lety Lupi in management in the last few days. Although she had no history on my actual tenancy, having only recently taken over from Catrin at my end of tenancy, she was a thorough professional manager . She did an excellent job, really getting up to speed very quickly with historic information efficiently and dealt with check out inventory feedback and agreement . I felt she was a real asset to Knight Frank in that she was polite , engaging as well as being diplomatic and being the perfect go-between tenant and Landlord in a very reasonable way. I would 100% use Knight Frank again because my experience with management has been. Letty is super efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

We have been with Knight Frank for several years now and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. We have always received full support, genuine advice on choosing new tenants and also assistance at all times should we need any help or advice during tenancies. When looking for new tenants Carmen & Gaia have gone out of their way to secure the best calibre of tenants. Sofia has been very supportive and available at all times starting from choosing tenants to seeing the tenancy through together with Carmen and Gaia. Honestly I cannot praise them enough. Thank you all for always being there for us, at all times to help, advise and support us in any situation we find ourselves in. A very big THANK YOU :)

Katie was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Finding and securing a new tenancy can normally be stressful, but she made everything feel incredibly simple and straightforward from start to finish. She was always helpful, responsive and easy to deal with, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout. She really took the stress out of the whole experience and made what can normally be a difficult process feel completely seamless. Knight Frank in Wimbledon Village acted for us on the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. They worked hard to generate interest and viewings, giving feedback after each viewing. All the team were very professional and responsive and kept us informed throughout. They guided us through the process, giving considered advice on pricing and how to present the house. They recommended an excellent solicitor which made the process of exchanging in a relatively short timescale possible. Throughout the process all the team were supportive. Selling a house is incredibly stressful in the current economic environment. Mark Proctor and his team have been simply outstanding. We can’t recommend Zak highly enough. We were house-hunting for a good while, and throughout that whole time he kept us genuinely updated on new properties as they came up, not just recommending anything but actually thinking about what would suit us. When we found the house we eventually bought, he made himself available for a number of additional viewings (pre and post exchange) without ever making us feel like a hassle. He was also brilliant at negotiating on our behalf, and communicated seamlessly between us and the seller throughout, always keeping things moving and making sure nothing got lost in translation. We cannot recommend Knight Frank in Dulwich highly enough. After having a terrible experience with another agent trying to sell our house, we were sceptical about continuing on believing 'all estate agents are the same'. But having viewed several houses to buy with Knight Frank, we knew that their team were friendly, professional and responsive, so thought we would give it a try. We were so glad that we did - they were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and helped us re-gain trust in the conveyancing process. Katie was very helpful through the process of viewing the property all the way to moving. The referencing was taking a while and giving us issues and not telling us theh reason but it’s not the fault of the estate agents and Katie was very helpful and quick with trying to solve this. I would recommend this estate agents compared to others I had to deal with which were much less professional and helpful than knight Frank.

We had a really positive experience selling our house with Zak and the Knight Frank Dulwich Team. Zak was professional, personable and, importantly, kept things moving throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was always timely, he kept us updated without needing to be chased, and he struck a good balance between looking after our interests as sellers while also maintaining a positive relationship with our buyers. That made the whole transaction feel much smoother.
