Catherine Stage is the best agent we have worked with in finding a home - second to none. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable and was able to easily identify our key criteria and target homes from a quick phone call, ensuring that the homes we were sent were on point. Catherine was always available and worked with my family's availability, keeping us updated on numerous processes. While painful to admit as a buyer - Catherine is also a fantastic negotiator and I am in no doubt that she represented all of her vendors and their interests in a first class manner. Catherine and Zak were exceptionally professional throughout the process, from valuation to effectively managing the off-market/price discovery process, before finally going on-market and successfully receiving an asking offer price. The whole team were responsive, diligent and adept in the marketing and managing the entire sales process. We selected Knight Frank Dulwich just before Xmas, and exchanged contracts mid March, which we felt was an excellent turnaround. The professionalism and attitude of the team

The professionalism and attitude of the people who work there, which makes it a pleasant experience instead of a chore. Sofia and her team on the sales side at Craven Terrace are upbeat but sensible and their efforts are much appreciated. We let our flat with KFR for the first time in 2024 so had also to learn the ropes once we had found a tenant- we were lucky to have Phillip Dunn to help us because he knows how everything works in managing a property , and can advise when something needs attention and when it doesn’t .And he gets things done, which is a really good service.

From the first time that we met Zak Scott during a whistle stop viewing tour of houses in Dulwich Village we knew that we were in safe hands. Poor care

My tenancy ended more than a month ago and Knight Frank still has not returned my deposit. I have contacted them repeatedly and have been told several times that the deposit would be sent “tomorrow”, yet the payment has still not been received. The most frustrating part has been the repeated promises without any resolution or clear explanation for the delay. I have now had to make a formal complaint and consider escalating the matter externally. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, particularly from a company of Knight Frank’s size and reputation.

I have just completed the sale of my house in Herne Hill through Knight Frank in Dulwich Village. They were extremely professional at all stages of the process and were highly efficient with communications through the numerous viewings and later in the process. Particular thanks go (alphabetically :)) to Catherine, Nicky and Zak in the early stages and Zak again for the way he handled the discussions once the house was under offer - all was dealt with calmly, clearly and in good humour.
