I worked with Carmen from the Knight Frank Hyde Park office to let my flat out in Bayswater. The process was very smooth from start to finish but in particular, Carmen was excellent. She was efficient, thorough, diligent, selective in finding good candidates, very quick in her replies and also in my opinion went above and beyond in her role in helping resolve issues with preparing the flat for a new tenancy. And she was very friendly and pleasant in her working style, very easy to get on with. 10/10 in my opinion. It’s always a hassle to let your flat out, but when I next need to, I will be contacting Carmen!

I had dealings with Knight Frank from March 2024 until recently. We were looking for the perfect family home in Dulwich - this was not an easy feat as we had a lot of things that we were looking for. Chica was very patient with us and always checked in to let us know what was happening in the area and if they had any potential houses for us to go and see. We never felt forgotten, like we did with another estate agent in the area (an agency purely in Dulwich). She was always so friendly and approachable I enjoyed our chats. Even though we didn’t end up buying with Knight Frank (we tried with a few houses but there is a lot of demand in our area and there were a few bidding wars!) we had fantastic dealings with them and I would recommend them. I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. Clear and categoric assurances were sought before signing up with KF regarding marketing, communication, dedicated personnel for viewing and ongoing reporting during an agreed six month marketing campaign. All were blatantly ignored thereafter and in fact we heard not a word from them for nearly 4 months at one point! When I contacted them to ask why, I received a glib, one line unsubstantiated assurance regarding their ongoing efforts followed by a further periond of silence. Not once did I receive a progress report as I had been promised, or any communication at all in the last three months of the campaign unless I was chasing them. When the six months came to an end, I had to ask them to remove my property from their listings, which I was assured would happen immediately. Of course they did nothing and I had to chase them again two months later, after I learned from another agent that it was still there!
