Catherine Stage is the best agent we have worked with in finding a home - second to none. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable and was able to easily identify our key criteria and target homes from a quick phone call, ensuring that the homes we were sent were on point. Catherine was always available and worked with my family's availability, keeping us updated on numerous processes. While painful to admit as a buyer - Catherine is also a fantastic negotiator and I am in no doubt that she represented all of her vendors and their interests in a first class manner. In short, whether you are a buyer or a seller, I cannot recommend Catherine highly enough.

Catherine and Zak were exceptionally professional throughout the process, from valuation to effectively managing the off-market/price discovery process, before finally going on-market and successfully receiving an asking offer price. The whole team were responsive, diligent and adept in the marketing and managing the entire sales process. We selected Knight Frank Dulwich just before Xmas, and exchanged contracts mid March, which we felt was an excellent turnaround. From the first time that we met Zak Scott during a whistle stop viewing tour of houses in Dulwich Village we knew that we were in safe hands. Having settled in our new property, we would like to take the opportunity to thank the Dulwich Knight Frank team and Catherine Stage in particular. Almost a year after our initial contact, more than 20 viewings, numerous calls, and 250+ emails later, Catherine secured for us our dream property in West Dulwich. Catherine is an amazing resource for all things Dulwich - properties, local history, tradespeople - as well as having, what seemed to us, a constant supply of relevant off-market properties. I would have no hesitation selling a high-value property through Catherine. Having worked with most of the agents in the Dulwich area, she was the one that understood our buying brief the best, and presented relevant properties in the most appropriate way (as opposed to the scatter-gun approach of other agents that ultimately turns off even the most motivated of buyers). Special mention also to Knight Frank Finance (Andrew Mansourov) - an intro from Catherine. They were able to put together a non-standard funding package for us at speed and with minimal back and forth with the lender. All in all a very positive experience - well done KF team...
