I wholeheartedly recommend Knight Frank Estate Agents to anyone wishing to put their home on the market. Their property brochure was excellent and the marketing of my house was thorough. Catherine Stage, Laura Peet and Chica Lambert were amazing, all three were highly professional, kind and supportive throughout the sales process. Both Chica and Laura deserve a special thanks for their assistance, emotional intelligence and for going that extra mile over the last few months.. I also recommend Pam White for her invaluable help with all the extra elements involved in my relocation. Best wishes to everyone at the office.

I couldn’t recommend Knight Frank in Dulwich more highly. From the very first valuation with Mark, I felt confident that Knight Frank knew exactly what they were doing and this is not something that I would say about the other high street chains that I have used over the years. Their valuation was spot on and the marketing, viewings and advice leading up to my offer was excellent. However, the stand out individual in the office was Laura Peet. I ended up being in an incredibly lengthy and complex chain which would have fallen apart if it wasn’t for the huge efforts that Laura made to keep communication between the other agents and solicitors open and eventually fruitful. This was also noted by my solicitor. On top of this, her incredible kindness and ‘hand holding’ for myself and my buyers kept me sane and made the whole process manageable. She was genuinely invested in a positive outcome for everyone and I cannot thank her enough! I wish other estate agents had a role that focused on sales progression as I presume more chains would end up in success.

Laura Peet at Knight Frank has been absolutely brilliant at progressing our purchase. We had a difficult time getting to exchange with many bumps along the way. Luckily Laura was extremely helpful, responsive and definitely went over and above to get us there. Not only was Laura attentive, she was proactive in chasing all parties in the chain and we honestly don't think we would have exchanged by now without her and her perseverance. I could not speak more highly of Knight Frank Dulwich. From my first interactions with Mark and the team , they were all incredibly friendly, highly professional and incredibly efficient. The staff all worked together as a team, and even through I spoke to different people, I never had to repeat myself twice - they were all up to date on the sale of the property, and were great at communicating to me the progress and feedback from the buyers. Would highly recommend this agent to anyone in the Dulwich area - don't even bother going to another estate agent!

Last summer we were looking to find a new flat to rent. We worked with Abigail Thurston from Knight Frank. She was very easy to work with and gave us very friendly and professional service. She very quickly understood exactly what we were looking for within our new flat in the Marylebone area and was proactive to find the right flats top view. Ony Dozie (sales negotiator) has been assisting me on my property search to date. Ony has been a fantastic agent to deal with and has shown me a number of properties. He has always been attentive to my requirements and carefully tailored the viewings to my specifications. I have really appreciated his proactive approach, and willingness to contact me with market updates and suggestions for properties which I might be interested in. I feel like he adds value by doing that extra work in the background and by maintaining regular contact. As for viewings, he is punctual, courteous and enthusiastic. Excellent property management

Knight Frank has been the estate agent and property manager of my new build flat for three years in East London. The fee for full management is worth every penny as they deal with everything and I do not need to visit the property at all as I live in another city. The amount of time and hassle saved has been immeasurable. There has been several property managers and Jason Chu is the best manager whom I have had the pleasure of working with. He is efficient, responsive, approachable and trustworthy. I am grateful for his help in the past year as I would have struggled dealing with the various issues myself. He is a real asset to the team and I hope he will be looking after my property for more tenancies to come.

Knight Frank have been the managing agents for the apartment I was renting. They have been very professional and communicative at all times throughout my 4+ years of renting. They pay great attention to detail and are also on hand to assist when necessary. I felt very supported by them. I would like to mention in particular Olga Darashkevich, who has gone 'above-and'beyond' on assisting me. My husband and I first dealt with Marie Wale when we took delivery of our unit in Royal Mint back in January 2020. As a foreign owner, Marie was always prompt and responsive to my questions about the market. However in March, we decided to switch to sale instead. Almost a year and we couldn't close a sale. Early January this year, I got in touch with Marie and expressed our wish to put it on the rental market. There are Estate Agents and estate agents. What I would say is that Knight Frank are in a class of their own. Whilst perhaps not the cheapest they are by far in my experience the best. Some agents just take their commission and are content to leave it there. Knight Frank take control and progress rigorously all the elements in the chain to achieve the required result. Catrin Baker: senior property manager, TOP NOTCH!!

We lived on Roland Way in Chelsea for 11 months as part of a temporary move into a furnished rental. Catrin Baker was the property manager for the owner and we could not have been more pleased with her efforts. Catrin was responsive, diligent, organised and always followed-up. Whenever we had an issue with anything in the house, I typically received a response to a message I had sent within 30 minutes so that we could find a solution. Unlike other property managers we have worked with in the past, rather than send an email to a generic email address, I was able to communicate directly with Catrin via mobile, text and email. Nothing ever phased her. I would be pleased to work with her again and would highly recommend her services.

Pritesh Makwana is a star

Pritesh Makwana is the appointed property Manager for the apartment I am currently renting with Knight Frank and I am very pleased with the service provided. In all the occasions I had issues with my property Pritesh has shown a fantastic response, quick and responsive to any type of issue. He is always keeping me up to date on all pending items and follows up until full resolution on the phone and in writing. Pritesh has only been my property manager for a few months but he ensures that everything gets repaired ASAP. Recently the washing machine broke down and he immediately stepped in to solve the issue. A new washing machine was ordered on the next day. In the last 15 years of my life living in the UK I have dealt with several property managers at several other agents but Pritesh is showing to be the most productive of them all, he definitely has met and exceeded all of my expectations when dealing with my apartment.
