Katie was very helpful through the process of viewing the property all the way to moving. The referencing was taking a while and giving us issues and not telling us theh reason but it’s not the fault of the estate agents and Katie was very helpful and quick with trying to solve this. I would recommend this estate agents compared to others I had to deal with which were much less professional and helpful than knight Frank.

Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! Her effort will always be remembered and admired.

I worked with Carmen from the Knight Frank Hyde Park office to let my flat out in Bayswater. The process was very smooth from start to finish but in particular, Carmen was excellent. She was efficient, thorough, diligent, selective in finding good candidates, very quick in her replies and also in my opinion went above and beyond in her role in helping resolve issues with preparing the flat for a new tenancy. And she was very friendly and pleasant in her working style, very easy to get on with. 10/10 in my opinion. Louna was exceptional

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. Shocking

Clear and categoric assurances were sought before signing up with KF regarding marketing, communication, dedicated personnel for viewing and ongoing reporting during an agreed six month marketing campaign. All were blatantly ignored thereafter and in fact we heard not a word from them for nearly 4 months at one point! When I contacted them to ask why, I received a glib, one line unsubstantiated assurance regarding their ongoing efforts followed by a further periond of silence. Not once did I receive a progress report as I had been promised, or any communication at all in the last three months of the campaign unless I was chasing them. When the six months came to an end, I had to ask them to remove my property from their listings, which I was assured would happen immediately. Of course they did nothing and I had to chase them again two months later, after I learned from another agent that it was still there!

Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. He engages with our tenants and all their requests promptly while keeping us informed throughout. Kristian is very approachable and it is a pleasure to work with him.
