Shocking

Clear and categoric assurances were sought before signing up with KF regarding marketing, communication, dedicated personnel for viewing and ongoing reporting during an agreed six month marketing campaign. All were blatantly ignored thereafter and in fact we heard not a word from them for nearly 4 months at one point! When I contacted them to ask why, I received a glib, one line unsubstantiated assurance regarding their ongoing efforts followed by a further periond of silence. Not once did I receive a progress report as I had been promised, or any communication at all in the last three months of the campaign unless I was chasing them. When the six months came to an end, I had to ask them to remove my property from their listings, which I was assured would happen immediately. Of course they did nothing and I had to chase them again two months later, after I learned from another agent that it was still there!

In line with our previous review on KF sales and letting departments respectively also five stars for our property manager Kristian Lee. Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. He engages with our tenants and all their requests promptly while keeping us informed throughout. Kristian is very approachable and it is a pleasure to work with him. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an agent, it was seamless, expert, generous and kind. Without Lara I would never have found this house or had the confidence to buy it, she’s a total gem. Highly recommend Zara at the Richmond office

We couldn't be happier with our experience of Knight Frank, Richmond in the handling of our purchase. We'd recently pulled out of a previous sale, poorly managed by Chase Buchanan, and had an unpleasant experience in the way we were treated as buyers.From the very beginning of our dealings with Zara at Knight Frank (Richmond) we felt listened to and supported. Flat maintenance issues

We had some major issues throughout September and October concerning fixtures of a flat managed by Knight Frank. The property maintenance manager, Shantel Sikanartey, promptly stepped in, took control of the correspondence, liaised with the Body Corporate, organised the extensive repairs and required purchases, correspondence with the tenants and kept us appraised of the process. We are very appreciative of Shantel's very hard work and support over an extended period of time and could not think of a better person to have managed this difficult experience for us. We are very grateful for Shantel's experience and dedicated support. Shantel was fantastic.
