Made contact for information on a retail property. Over 2 months, I phoned the assigned agents several times, emailed them, left 3 messages with the switchboard (who were really apologetic on their behalf). They never had the courtesy of even acknowledging my enquiry and nobody ever called me back or emailed me. If I was a property owner and hired Knight Frank to deal with my assets, I would be extremely disappointed to know that potential business leads are completely ignored. I really cannot recommend Knight Frank as they fail the basic clients interactions.

The most unethical disgusting group of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Deceitful practices and leveraging high power lawyers to steal from SMEs and the small guys. Never ever deal with these guys again!!!!

Never rent from this company. Once we paid for our flat, the communication vanished. Our flat was dirty when we moved it, the door and AC were broken. It took weeks to get fixed. Now again the AC is fixed and we cannot get any help. Do yourself a favor and work with a professional company.

Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.
