We are so glad we chose the Knight Frank team in Cobham to sell our house! Dan Miller was outstanding managing a tight timeline. He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

Of course KF is a very reputable agency. However, your experience is with the individuals in a particular office - in our case Cobham. I am reasonably experienced and have had interactions with other agencies over time. Throughout the process of the sale in a very thin market, I was very surprised by the advice that Dan and Tom gave me. They showed a professional conduct that I had rarely seen before. They put the interest of the client over and above the financial outcome for the firm. This is very rare because estate agency is not a repeat business, a client does not have ten houses to sell in Cobham. So … if you are considering selling, I wholeheartedly recommend Dan and Tom. In what was not an easy market they provided objective guidance as to potential value and worked hard to secure good quality viewings. We achieved slightly less than we had hoped for but given the time of year and the need to act decisively, we were happy with the outcome. We recently sold my parents family home having lost our Dad. We chose the Cobham branch of Knight Frank initially because we felt their evaluation was fair, very informative and we didn’t get a feeling of oversell just knowledge and professionalism. George Pratt and the team could not have been nicer and more helpful. The house sold very quickly but due to a number of reasons outside their control the sale took a while longer and was little more complicated than it should have been George was constantly on the case and keeping us informed of what was happening. At a time that was very emotional for us George took the strain which was both reassuring and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Knight Frank and would definitely use them again.

I am a local solicitor and work with Charles Davenport and his team regularly, in particular Nathaniel Bracegirdle and James Harvey. Nathaniel and I often work on prime developer sales which invariably involve numerous complex issues (eg planning ) which Nathaniel manages to effectively "translate" to clients in layman's terms to ease transactions through. James heads the core market team and his solutions based approach means that any potential legal pitfalls are navigated smoothly and he truly assists the whole conveyancing process. Charles runs a cohesive team which means each team member has a good appreciation of the others transactions, so that when someone is absent from the office at a viewing or on leave, this is never to the detriment of the deal I'm working on with Charles' office.
