GoogleIn what turned out to be a long, complicated sale process, I can highly recommend Knight Frank Cobham for their diligent, committed approach throughout. Special thanks to James Harvey who steered this sale to its positive result - James skilfully negotiated hurdle after hurdle and always put his client first. This sale would not have happened without James's drive, responsiveness and patience under pressure, so we are truly grateful to him for his efforts!

GoogleFrom our first initial meeting with Charlotte, who clearly knew the market and the area exceptionally well - Ben South - Lettings Negotiator - well versed and knowledgable in the field of Lettings, up to date with ever changing current standards who found us our exceptional lovely new tenants - the handling of this transaction has been smooth and flawless from start to finish. GoogleHaving approached six local Estate Agents to value our house in Ripley Surrey, we decided to appoint Knight Frank in Cobham whose valuation was significantly higher than their competitors. Although we had been cautioned against proceeding with the highest valuation in case this was simply a means of securing the appointment, our faith in Knight Frank proved well founded as Knight Frank achieved almost 98% of their guide price. Had we appointed the second highest guide price we would have lost at least £50,000 on the sale! During the conveyancing process we were very concerned at the lack of progress being made by our solicitors in answering questions raised by us concerning the property we were trying to secure and in informing us of the results of the Searches. The sale of our own house and purchase of our new home was in jeopardy, however Adam Burlison of Knight Frank took it on himself to find the answers to all our questions well before we heard from the solicitors. This was certainly not part of the service that Knight Frank were obliged to undertake but their help at a crucial stage secured the purchase of our new home and we are very grateful to Adam and his team in the Cobham Office.

Throughout the whole process they have been very professional, approachable and efficient, and have keep us fully informed every step of the way. Adam, in particular, managed the negotiations with great patience and skill, and provided us with very helpful practical advice based on his many years of experience. GoogleA GREAT experience. I know the agent works for the owner/seller, but Ben South in the Cobham office really went the extra mile to help us find and settle into our new home. Seeing the property in person was great and then Ben assisted us with the letting process and we were able to do it all from overseas. What a relief! Ben made the most stressful part of the relocation a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone.

GoogleTom and James were very helpful. The market was very slow and we didn't quite get to where we wanted price wise, but we did sell and we did move, and they were the ones who found the buyer. Lovely people to do business with, and on our side effectively when there was haggling over moving dates up and down the chain.

He personally changed my perception of estate agents and not only marketed the house and got an offer, but worked tirelessly to get the deal exchanged and completed, which is the most important thing. GoogleKF are great at brining qualified Tenants in a short timeframe. Staff, in particular Charlotte, very helpful and knowledgeable. Never a nice experience leaving your house behind but KF are on the case to make it all happen. Find your own Professional Cleaners and Inventory Clerk and you'll be sorted as I think their recommendations aren't the best though.
