GoogleI would definitely use knight frank again. We had almost given up hope of finding a house. I was visiting local estate agents daily to see if they had new properties (they weren't calling us) then I met Tom from knight frank. He took control, I was convinced that he would find us a house. And he did! He was proactive throughout the buying process. We exchanged in two weeks. We are extremely pleased with our new house, with the Tom and with knight frank.

He went above and beyond to help us out in every way, not only to find our perfect house, negotiate the deal and help make our big move as smooth as it could possibly be. If I had a question or a concern relating to the purchase/move, Charles helped me to sort out the problem every time. GoogleKnight Frank worked tirelessly to find us the right house over a fairly lengthy search period. They remained professional, courteous, friendly and understanding of our needs throughout the entire process, whilst also offering sensible advice. Their knowledge of the local market is excellent. They went the extra mile in ensuring our tricky purchase went through as quickly as possible by keeping communication lines open with both sets of lawyers, the seller and ourselves. They have also been extremely helpful with practical issues of moving to a new area / house by providing useful contacts and local information. I would highly recommend them above any other agent our there, Knight Frank listen to what you want and don't give up until you've found it. Thank you for all your help !
