When we decided to sell our house this year with the market conditions we currently faced we knew James would be the right person to help as we had dealt with him previously. We cannot fault James in any way he is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, gives a straight answer and can be relied upon to find the right buyer for the house. Luckily we also had Tom Knowlden on the team selling our house. Tom was very helpful, responsive and understood the situation we were in at the time. Together they found a suitable solid buyer who could proceed quickly and the sale went through in 6 weeks. In our view this was a phenomenal feat given these times and we could not have done it without them. We can't recommend the KF Cobham team highly enough and would most certainly use them again.

Knight Frank: Adam Burlinson Being skeptical of real estate agents, I was not confident this purchase would be any different. We were introduced to Adam Burlinson in Cobham who completely dispelled that myth. From the moment we were introduced, Adam was a problem solver and always searching for a way to move forward when the process became difficult. He continually communicated with all relevant parties in a professional and proactive manner ensuring everyone’s expectations were managed and more importantly nothing was lost in translation. Of all the agents in the chain Adam was definitely our go-to guy, you could trust him when he said he was going to do it…he would. Adam went over and above what his job required and to be honest, without him we are sure that the chain would have collapsed. More importantly to us, you never had to ask him to do anything he had the experience and knowledge to preempt the next move which is priceless to a buyer and vendor. When the time arises to buy or sell in the future our first call will be to Knight Frank. They are by far the most professional agents in the industry.

I have bought and sold a few times over the years but the experience at the hands of KF Cobham was by a long way the best ever. The whole team at KF were fantastic - friendly , competent and committed to achieving the end result. Adam Burlison, partner at KF was truly outstanding and definitely went that extra mile to ensure an acceptable offer was forthcoming and then to see the whole process through to completion. The chain was complicated and required Adam to establish multiple relationships with other agents and solicitors throughout the chain. He was always very clear, communicated brilliantly and was firm but fair and always friendly in his dealings with others.He is a consummate professional and always made it seem easy even in the most difficult moments. Amazingly, I actually enjoyed the whole house sale experience with KF and very quickly came to see Adam as a colleague rather than just a service provider. Its great to work with like minded people who are good at their jobs, very refreshing! Yes I would choose KF again and again and recommend to friends.
