I still remember talking to Ollie over the phone last year outside of UK while trying to arrange apartment viewing remotely. Professional and accomodating, Ollie provided me with much help and mitigated the stress and uncertainty to search for a place to live overseas. Ollie provided good recommendations based on my search criteria and was very responsive to follow up. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Sam Canning-Birtles from Knight Frank for his responsiveness, attention to detail and overall engagement to conclude the property rental. Being away from the UK, I have had multiple experiences in the past with other property agents - it was a refreshing change to have someone in Sam who understood the various requirements and finer details which would need to be managed in concluding the transaction, demonstrating his strong experience. Having the new tenants based in the US did not make it easier and Sam was reachable 24/7 literally (!!) and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others as well as look forward to working with him again in the future.

Very poor service. They hurried us up to make a decision and let the flat. They increased flat rates every year. When we said about moving out they sent about 30 people to see the flat which was very disturbing. In the end they let it £1000 less and now it has been over 1 month and we still didn’t get the deposit back because landlord doesn’t reply to them!! Insane don’t rent from them
