Polished on the Surface, Inconsistent Delivery in Practice Knight Frank made an excellent first impression. Before the deposit, the service was attentive, courteous, and reassuring. I felt genuinely well looked after. Once the deposit was paid, however, the experience changed. The property remained listed and continued to be shown, and communication became noticeably less reliable. We had agreed verbally on a small furnishing. Later, I was told that such agreements do not count unless written. That may be true in principle, but the shift in tone was striking. Throughout the tenancy, I often had to repeat the same information across emails, texts, and calls. Even something as simple as returning the keys required clarification more than once, despite having already confirmed the details. I never received the garden key, and no one followed up. The return of the deposit was the final and most difficult step. I was informed it had been approved and sent for payment, only to learn days later that further approval was still pending. The process extended beyond the legal timeframe and required persistent chasing. Knight Frank presents itself extremely well and clearly understands the importance of first impressions. In my experience, however, consistency and ownership after commitment were lacking. With clearer communication and stronger follow-through, this could have been a very different experience.

She was very responsive and knowledgeable, answered our questions, or got the answers for us. We only had a few weeks to find housing and make the move - Amy accommodated our timeline and helped us navigate some of the challenges of moving from abroad. He completely ignored a skateboard rider and almost hit her. It was a really dangerous and careless move.
