Acting for my neighbours who are abroad, I introduced an opportunity to Hayley Martin after my first meeting with her which involved viewing a flat for another client. Hayley came across as friendly, genuine and caring. There was no arrogance and no pretence. She introduced an excellent buyer and contracts were exchanged within a month and met the sellers' requirements. Benji, the boss, took over the process once the sale had been agreed and was thoroughly professional and helpful. A painless experience with some good humour to boot! Thank you.

With Chanel and Daisy’s vast knowledge of the area and market, taking time to listen and understand exactly what each client/customer needs/wants, they are able to deliver and build long lasting professional relationships. Acting as sole agents for the sale of my parent's house in Little Venice, Knight Frank showed the professionalism and competence one would expect and could not be faulted. Where they exceeded our expectations was the extra effort and attention they put into all our interactions. Trying to sell a house with the 90 year old owners in residence cannot always have been easy. However my parents experienced nothing but care and consideration and Knight Frank managed to turn what could have been a very stressful time for them into what was often a pleasant and stimulating experience.
