GoogleWe were living overseas when the rental process started and had Never actually seen the apartment. In a situation like this , an estate agent needs to rise to that occasion and be the eyes and ears of the client. Despite her relative youth, Daisy Spanbok executed the role with the confidence of a seasoned professional: she managed the flow of communication and made suggestions that allowed the deal to close. Her charm and candour brought the best out in all the parties concerned and there never was any tension. I think she has a great future ahead of her.

GoogleI went to Knight Frank office to help me get an apartment to rent, and it is nice that right behind their office there are a lot of different shops: clothes, pharmacy, clinic, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and different shops.

GoogleThe 5 star ratings for this agency makes me wonder about the legitimacy of these reviews. We have recently had the most horrible experience with a realtor who is working in the SJW Office. It cost us a beautiful home for our family and a ton of upset because of the sheer laziness and apathetic responses to the most minor requests. She was interested in nothing more than closing the deal as quickly as possible with the highest commission(At OUR expense)! Worst possible experience we’ve ever had. I do not trust this agency. Never again.

GoogleJosh Lytton assisted with the sale of a property in the area and was very helpful in getting the deal to exchange quickly as requested by the vendor, whilst balancing the time delay for our due diligence as buyers. He was able to oversee viewings of our architects and surveyors without much notice and acted professionally at all times.

GoogleKnight Frank handled the sale of a flat in NW8 which was completed today. The sale was delayed for various reasons including the buyers loan, the external survey and any number of solicitors problems. Benji Weinberger of Knight Frank took a lead role in chasing up all of the outstanding matters and drove the sale through when it could easily have foundered. He demonstrated intelligence and tenacity and helped us to achieve the deadline.

GoogleHaving dealt with various agencies in the St John’s Wood area over the last 18 Years; the Knight Frank local office is by far the superior to its ‘competitors’. Not just because they tend to have the finest array of properties available on the market, but also how the team seems to always be proactive rather than reactive to their customers. I regularly buy and sell through them and have not been let down even once by their professionalism and by them achieving the best price for my properties. They know their area better than most and therefore the advice they give is second to none... they actually care! I wouldn’t think twice about which agent I would use as I trust them implicitly and wholeheartedly with my properties being my biggest assets trust is a major factor for me... you cannot buy that! Thankyou for your continued work and for making both the easy and hard things look second nature to you all!
