GoogleMatt, Tom, Natalie and Alexandra are a great team. Really professional, responsive and hard working throughout the sale of our property. A few points of difference to highlight about the team at KF are as follows. Firstly, we felt that they were honest from day one - they understood what we wanted and they worked from that position. We never felt pressured or pushed to do anything we weren't sure about which is definitely not the experience we've had with many other agents in recent years. Secondly, we really valued their reassuring presence; offering us sound and measured advice as we went through the purchase of our onward property - even when we changed the plan at the 11th hour! We have recommended the team to friends already and would happily do so again. Thank you.

GoogleWORST experience with their letting agents. Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them: 1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract. 2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving. 3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark

GoogleGreat, friendly, professional service which achieved a sale at a price significantly in excess of what other estate agents were suggesting as the asking price in a time when the market was supposedly deflated. They are able to see value where other agents do not, and convey that value through their discussions. Would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam, Cedric and the team at KF Weybridge. They are well informed and skilled salespeople who I felt did a great job highlighting the benefits of our property to potential purchasers. Adam was really proactive in terms of managing the chain; contacting other agents and solicitors in the chain regularly to ensure the deal kept on track. Above all, they were a real pleasure to deal with - straight talking and provided really helpful advice when we had to re-negotiate our purchase after a nasty survey. All round excellent service - they earned their fee!

Key difference between Knight Frank and other agents in Weybridge is that Knight Frank are focussed on providing a good service as opposed to getting the sale. This is a refreshing change!
