We had a fantastic experience with Knight Frank. Liam was brilliant from the start, showing us around and guiding us through the referencing process, especially as self-employed tenants. Julia was equally great, liaising with the landlord and making everything run smoothly, which really took the pressure off. It was an absolute delight working with Sarah Bennett. She went above and beyond her duties as an agent, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Not only did she show us our new home, which we are very happy with, but she also took the time to help us get a feel for the area. She genuinely helped us locate the perfect schools for my son. Additionally, she took the time to summarize what we discussed in writing, which helped us absorb all the new information. Sarah made a concerted effort to narrow down our search to only the type of property we were looking for, rather than sending us a long list and hoping we would pick one. This saved us a lot of time, and we never felt overwhelmed. Furthermore, she was punctual in getting back to us, haoly to answer any of our questions and clearly did everything she could to ensure the process ran smoothly without ever overstepping her boundaries. If I were to buy or sell another home, I would definitely want to work with her again.

Patrick, Sarah and the wider team did a great job from first meeting where they advised on how best to prepare the house for sale. Went on to suggest having the house dressed once it had been decorated and put me in touch with the excellent in-house KF division that could organise that. Most importantly they found a good buyer who they could evidence were credible purchasers and able to move quickly. Finally, Patrick did an excellent job of keeping the process moving by coordinating the survey, searches, mortgage provider and both sets of lawyers so that any matters that came up were quickly addressed and didn’t halt momentum. I particularly appreciated the regular (but only when necessary) communication throughout the process - and by chasing me and other parties as needed this enabled us to get to exchange in around 6 weeks. Very pleased with both the outcome and how the process flowed. Thank you.
