I trusted Knight Frank as the professional agent company, so rented an apartment when I was oversea and coudn't schedule a site viewing, but only with video. I requested a Professional cleanning in my tendency offer. Contract signed and the rent paid happily. But things turned out that I was wrong about Knight Frank. On the day that my tendency started, I found the apartment dirty everywhere (wall, bacony glasses, mattress, especially dishwasher and washing machine)! I contacted the agent and the customer service, they sent the cleaning again, but most of the problems are still there. One week passed since I moved in, but I still have no clean washing machine and dishwasher to use, have to hand wash all family clothes and dishes every day. And yet don't have a clue when the problems will be solved. Obviously, Knight Frank hasn't done a professional job and hasn't hired a professional cleaning company either.
