Clearly Oliver H. already has a good reputation from reading these reviews but wanted to share my experience as well. I'm a US resident and this is my first time looking for an apartment in the UK (or any other country, really). Working with Oliver and this firm really did ease a lot of my anxiety and things went very smooth. Everything was professional and he was very flexible and helpful throughout the entire process. It was a breeze dealing with Knight Frank Battersea to find a new flat for myself. Oliver was extremely helpful and was always within reach. The procedure was very simple and straight forward. Everything was done through e-mail which was perfect because I do have a very busy work schedule. Would wholeheartedly recommend. The entire process from finding the flat to finalizing the required paperwork and moving in was seamless and minimally disruptive to our day to day, which is highly appreciated as these things usually take a lot of time and energy. They were happy to go above and beyond the call of duty as well, helping us organize our move from our previous flat. We worked with Oliver Hepplewhite, whom we thank sincerely for his responsiveness and understanding. We were both traveling a lot during this time so required assistance with getting the documents signed and some extra time, which Oliver was kind enough to allow and with which he helped.

Oliver was a fantastic estate agent to work with. We were working to a tight deadline to find a property and after 2 had recently fallen through, were feeling extremely frustrated with our previous estate agents who we felt had made the process very convoluted. Oliver & Knight Frank, on the other hand, were great. They quickly helped us find the right home, handling the communication seamlessly between us & the landlord whilst securing the property. I had a short window of time to move from one flat to the other, and they significantly decreased the pressure from all that. Oliver provided high-quality service from Day 1 of my flat viewing up until the day I moved in. KF is a very efficient and professional company. During my rental process, I was provided with highly comfortable service and helped me with many issues. It was also very flexible, reasonable and efficient in dealing with issues. My manager is Omar, and he is by far the best manager I have ever met, very patient and friendly. He offered the most sound advice and efficient solutions to the few obstacles I encountered in obtaining a lease, even if it was for my own personal reasons.
