GoogleWe did some in-depth research and spoke to several estate agents ahead of choosing to sell our home with Knight Frank. Dan made the whole process incredibly easy. We have our second child on the way and were REALLY nervous of getting the sale agreed and over the line before the new arrival. Dan and the team at KF couldn't have been better. They pulled out all the stops. We had a bit of a wobble mid-way through marketing (i.e. is this silly ahead of the baby coming) and Dan and the team couldn't have been more helpful - they gave us good, solid advice that we could trust - and we did. KF found a brilliant buyer for our house not long after. Dan not only supported on finding a buyer, but kept all parties updated throughout. We can not fault KF, Dan and the wider team - I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND

GoogleVery smooth transaction. My Lettings Negotiator was Oliver Hepplewhite. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and showed me the apartment before it went live on the website in a sought after development which I'm thankful for. My only issue with Knight Frank was that it HAD to be a bank transfer/debit card for the initial deposit and rent. It would have been handy to allow payment by credit card as like a lot of people like me are moving from another property and have to wait until they receive their deposit back from the previous property. Nonetheless that must be the company policy and not Oliver's fault. Settled and happy in my new place 😬

He was realistic about the state of the market, gave us educated options and ultimately delivered - that is, he helped us find our home.
