GoogleA very genuine and heartfelt thank you to Rosi Dow and Neil Scott at Knight Frank Edinburgh, it was an absolute pleasure working with you both.
I cannot recommend Rosi and Neil highly enough. Not only did they achieve significantly over the advertised asking price for my plot of land, their service was exceptional throughout, inc handling a couple of challenging buyers with utter professionalism and poor Rosi unfortunately having to deal with one lady who became incredibly rude to her having missed out on the property through her own actions.
I also really appreciated the level of vetting they did on viewers prior to arranging visits, it made a huge difference to the whole selling experience from my side and saved such a huge amount of wasted time on my part.
I shall without hesitation recommend them and look forward to working with them again in future.

GoogleWithout a doubt the best Estate Agents in Edinburgh and anywhere else for that matter. Rosi Dow knew exactly what we were looking for and was instrumental in getting the perfect house for us over the line, with the minimum of fuss and was always available to provide much needed updates. If it wasn't for Rosi we would still be looking so a huge thank you !

GoogleI wanted to write a review to say how impressed ive been with the Edinburgh team over the last few months. I have just completed a sale with Ricardo Volpi and from start to finish, he looked after me through the process. Whether helping get the flat ready for sale or knowing how to push the buyer for a sharper price, hes been brilliant. I know the team are all dealing with lots of clients at any one time with lots to juggle but Ricardo managed to make me feel like my flat was his priority.
Hanna was also great. New to the team but well up to speed with all that was going on. My flat had three shared owners on it so she had the unenviable task of coordinating my mother, father, and myself! Im sure she's a great new addition to the team.

GoogleRicardo Volpi managed the sale of my house. He prepared the advert and photography of the house, both of which were excellent. At all times Ricardo was an attentive and caring agent for Knight Frank, steering the procedures through the minefield of a house sale. As a result I would recommend him and his firm as estate agents without hesitation.

GoogleRicardo in Edinburgh office led our sale. His pre-sale marketing advice was right on the mark and they did a 1st class job of overseeing preparation the marketing materials. We felt very comfortable that they filtered candidate buyers so they were a qualified match for our house and in the end we secured competitive offers in a relatively subdued market. We were very happy with the outcome and service provided by Ricardo and the Knight Frank team.
