Great service from the KF team at Tunbridge Wells, particularly Lucy Martin who ran our sale for us. Great initial advice from Lucy on when and how to market our house and the state of the market. The photos for sale and description were excellent and the interactions with us were well-managed. Our house went formally onto the market, targeted specifically at buyers identified as being in the market for our type of house. The second viewer made an offer to buy at the asking price within only three days. Lucy kept us closely advised of progress in the sale and liaised closely with our solicitor. She even kept in touch whilst away on a short honeymoon which was above and beyond! The whole thing completed within 3 months. An excellent experience throughout and we are more than happy to recommend KF and the TW team

We found the process of selling our home quite harrowing for various reasons but the shining light in this assault course was Simon Biddulph and his team at Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells. From our first meeting he was highly professional, competent, and reassuring. Throughout the whole process he was always available, knowledgeable and often revealed a great sense of humour particularly when it was needed. His backup team were likewise delightful and able, Shiela in the office and Chris with the viewings demonstrated kindness and encouragement at just the right times. We have recently sold our listed house in Tenterden using Simon Biddulph at Knight Frank’s Tunbridge Wells office. He is extremely pleasant to deal with - exceptionally so - and despite an abortive sale last summer he persevered until we sold to another couple. He took a lot of trouble not only in negotiations but also as the transactions progressed. The back up team in the office was very efficient over the brochure, advertising and viewings. Knight Frank normally show viewers round and had very pleasant ladies for that task, involving many viewings. That said, the only 2 offers made were from viewers whom we showed round; that may be coincide, but as reasonably calm sellers we may have projected a fuller and warmer offering. I would strongly recommend Simon and his office.
