A very professional service and…

A very professional service and pleasant to deal with. Sarah handled our initial viewing perfectly, on hand to answer questions but also gave us a little space to wander around and not make us feel pressured. Once we'd decided we wanted to go ahead we primarily dealt with Florence in the Exeter office as for our purchase and she managed the process brilliantly from our perspective. Highly recommend the Exeter team!

Victoria was fantastic

Victoria was fantastic. Dealing with two dozen estate agents in Cobham and Esher she was the first estate agent who actually did proper agency (I’m an ex agent myself). She really sussed out what we needed (she was the only estate agent who did this!) and ended up introducing us to our ideal house even though it was outside our remit. She then really earned her stripes managing a complicated and drawn out chain - again showing her worth. If not for her we would have never initially found something and never made it to exchange. We cannot thank her enough and the rest of the Knight Frank team that was working on this in the background.

Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! Her effort will always be remembered and admired.

We’ve just sold a 3 bed penthouse at 500 Chiswick Road. Lewin initially got us hooked in with proactive advice, which got us listing with KF exclusively. Fabienne took over and partnered with us for almost 18 months. Without her help, the sale wouldn’t have happened. Fabienne is a rare find and the whole package: if you were to list your ideal agent, you’d find Fabienne ticks all the boxes. Having spent yrs headhunting talent, I can assert with confidence that she’s got it. Values, humour (and did we need it!), she’s indefatigable, with razor sharp intelligence, she’s thorough, responsible for forging through sizeable roadblocks…I could go on forever. If we ever sell our family home, it wouldn’t occur to us to look elsewhere. In a congested market, she’s head and shoulders above the rest I've ever met.

Knight Frank in Wimbledon Village

Knight Frank in Wimbledon Village acted for us on the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. They worked hard to generate interest and viewings, giving feedback after each viewing. All the team were very professional and responsive and kept us informed throughout. They guided us through the process, giving considered advice on pricing and how to present the house. They recommended an excellent solicitor which made the process of exchanging in a relatively short timescale possible. Throughout the process all the team were supportive. Sonia was proactive in dealing with the purchaser's buying agent and worked tirelessly, keeping us informed throughout the process and worked hard to keep the sale progressing, always professional, never phased by things changing, going above and beyond, and her attention to details was exceptional.

Move in nightmare

Property was very dirty, with appliances not working, full of issues, and work that was part of the tenancy agreement wasn’t carried out. Check in was late by several hours. Following up on fixing things with the property manager afterwards is a nightmare as they are non responsive most of the time.

She makes sure to follow up with external providers like plumbers until the problem is completely solved. When a problem occurred late on a Friday she made sure that the situation was ok through the weekend before the problem could be fully addressed on Monday.
