We had the pleasure of meeting and forming a relationship with Lizzie Normandale. She was professional, kind and understood precisely what we were looking for in a property. She went out of her way to make herself available for viewings (often on short notice). She was the only estate agent who showed us multiple off market properties that fit our needs. KF were completely straightforward from the start. I dealt with Roly to begin with and then Fred, Anna and the team in later stages. The initial advice about value and likely timing turned out to be spot on. They gave a range of value with a 'guaranteed' (obviously their realistic estimate) figure, which was the price eventually achieved. Well done. I received good advice throughout particularly regarding early offers and maintenance of the asking price. The whole team were both highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. During the course of the sale they went the extra mile when tier 4 restrictions prevented me from visiting, for which particular thanks are due. I worked with Yasmin on finding a new apartment to let and started the journey stating I wouldn't move unless I found the perfect place. After a few viewings and back and forth with a couple of landlords, I realised how proactive and helpful she was; going out of her way to present me with more options, listening intently to figure out what exactly I wanted. She found me the perfect apartment with all the bells and whistles I had requested and was always available and responsive to my queries when going through final negotiations. She showed me two nice flats in Chelsea, which i liked, and we are still looking and identifying new options, before making a final decision. Camilla at Knight Frank Lettings is a complete gem! I met her once in London to view rental properties in Belgravia and she quickly understood all our requirements and adjusted our viewings accordingly. That first trip did not result in finding the ideal property, but even though I was abroad immediately afterwards, Camilla was straight on the phone as soon as something came up that met our needs. She went to the property and did a facetime call to show us the apartment and we agreed to take it, sight unseen! The first time I saw the apartment after we had already rented it, I could not have been more delighted. Each one of our quite exacting requirements were met, down to the air conditioning and lots of wardrobe space! Amazing, true customer service above and beyond what one expects to find anymore.

We had no hesitation in instructing Charles Olver from the Knightsbridge office to manage the sale for us. And we are delighted we did. Charles was a superb, hands-on coordinator. He gave us a realistic estimate of what we might reasonably expect to achieve and within what time frame. He organised a swift and efficient photo-shoot, asked for our input on the publicity material and pulled together a fantastic team from your local offices, all of whom he personally introduced us to, who would show the flat. He gave us regular updates on how the viewings went. And, within a week, he achieved a sales price well beyond what we had envisioned. Charles held his nerve, talked us through the various options available to us and guided us through what was a trying period. His strategy worked in spades and we exchanged today. We cannot praise him and his team more highly, more highly for the outstanding service we have received from each of them. Estate agents, like bankers, all too often are at the receiving end of criticism. Our experience has been quite the contrary and we cannot commend Charles most highly.

The alarm has been going on for over three weeks now, 24/7, you keep promising you fix it and nothing is happening! The whole street in Knightsbridge area is affected by it! It’s not a fire alarm, it’s security! Bother to attend the building yourself as a letting agent! Honestly! So incompetent… Upd: this information should be enough for you go investigate within the Knightsbridge office, it’s a small office. Speak to Emma, I’ve been in touch for several weeks with her noe and no progress. That just shows again the incompetence
