I have recently sold several properties and was looking for a nice apartment in knightsbridge Close to my parents home I have been constantly fobed off constantly told to call back and when I did call back they did not answer the phone I was supposed to meet yasmin at 3 o'clock at a property nothing no communication she left the office till 12 30 even though she rang me at 9am and we agreed to meet at 3 and she would email me more properties to look at I phoned and gave a colleague my number to get back to me as I had arranged all my business meetings around meeting her at 3 to see the property as had another commitment at 4 it was a total waste of time and when I finally got through more unprofessional behaviour told to call back and when I did they never answered the phone never in my life have I been treated like this from any kind establishment I feel as though iam not being taken seriously I feel as though I was racially discriminated against and pushed to the side and my time was honestly just wasted I would not recommend this establishment unless you want your time to be wasted all the reviews on this site are from profiles with 0 reviews not to be trusted after my experience the reviews must be fakeNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
