GoogleI absolutely love Nadine Hartshorne from the Knightsbridge office! She is a star! I have rented 3 incredibly perfect high end properties with her help over the past several years! The most proffesional and on point real estate agent I have met in London in 15 years! She has helped me find a property and organised everything for me in a week even! Trust me that is out of this world difficult to do in Knightsbridge especially with my family’s requirements eg. New building, concierge, good finished and furnished! I would also like to add that she is capable of finding the perfect property for each individual person depending on their budget, preferences and needs! I can not recommend her more! GoogleRoly and his colleagues were consistently efficient and helpful, working hard to keep the solicitors involved moving ahead to a suitable schedule. At times Roly went out of his way to help us prepare for our move and to get it completed smoothly. He had valuable guidance on removals...and Knight Frank gave us an unexpected but pleasant surprise on completion as well.

GoogleSOMEONE ACCESSED TO MY FLAT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION Today I arrived after a summer break finding all my furniture, personal items shuffled and moved. Windows open and handle damaged, main door closed but unlocked. During August, Knight and Frank agents emailed me for permission for viewings for a new tenant which I confirmed. But this does not give permission to change the condition of the flat, move around personal items and leave windows open and damaged. Nothing is stolen but a stranger accessed to my flat. Police who came for inspection confirmed that who has keys could have entered which leaves only Knight and Frank agents could be responsible for during the viewings. I tried to contact them via email and emergency number but could not get any response. I would never sign a contract with them nor recommend them.

GoogleI sold my home in Knightsbridge and the help I got from them was superb. They helped me all the way through giving me advice on how to present the property in the best possible way to maximise the selling price. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I must mention Jonathan Smith who was the negotiator and who was absolutely excellent. I have sold many properties over the last 30 years and I don't think I've come across a better negotiator than Jonathan. I have no hesitation in recommending both Jonathan Smith and Knight Frank.

GoogleKnight Frank is unprofessional real estate agent with unprofessional property management! We have rented an expensive house in the heart of Knightsbridge. During the viewing we were told that the house is newly renovated with heated floors. Knight Frank personnel seem to aim for good level of customer service only at the offer stage. Once you've moved into your new house, property agents couldn't care less. As soon as we moved in, it has all begun, no heated floors, drain issue followed by leaks in two bathrooms. Property management seems to be on vacations most of the time. It took us 6 months to have the drain and leak issues sorted! Six months after complaining and chasing the property management, sending videos, photos and calling them every day! No one seemed to care. The house was practically falling apart, newly painted house started to get cracks on the walls. It was such a relief when the contract ended and it was the time to move out but our nightmares were just about to start. It has been two months now and there is still no sign of our deposit being returned because Knight Frank’s property management can not get the quote for 2 scratches on the floor with their contractor. They keep £22K deposit to sort out two scratches. Communication with these guys became a full time job. We have rented 6 houses in the past and well familiar with the process but never have we encountered with such a bad service. The property manager Ms Emily only replies once a week after we send her reminder emails, we practically have to chase her to receive a reply and all she says is that it might take time. Never again will we deal with this estate agent, terrible customer service and incompetence beyond comprehension!
