Katie was very helpful through the process of viewing the property all the way to moving. The referencing was taking a while and giving us issues and not telling us theh reason but it’s not the fault of the estate agents and Katie was very helpful and quick with trying to solve this. I would recommend this estate agents compared to others I had to deal with which were much less professional and helpful than knight Frank.

Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! Her effort will always be remembered and admired.

From the start, we had the best feeling with Francesca and her team, and choosing them turned out to be the right decision. Francesca is very approachable and easy to talk to. I can't recommend Sam enough. He sold our home three times whilst only being on the market for a week each time. The two previous times it fell through for honest reasons, and he was quick to find us a new buyer and give sound advice on who to go with. He was very clear and consistent with communication, we always knew where we stood. He was even happy to give us advice on a few different properties we were considering to purchase. Sam was able to achieve a full return on our property during tough selling conditions. Sam Daniels and his team are absolutely the best. I've moved house a number of times over the years, and I only wish I'd discovered Sam earlier. Sam is intuitive--he takes the time and effort to understand each client's individual concerns and needs, and he always acts with respect to them. The team are all well informed and helpful; and someone--usually Sam himself--responds to client requests almost immediately. Nor does it stop there. If you're selling, as I was, Sam is on the lookout, from the beginning, for houses that will suit your needs. I worked with Carmen from the Knight Frank Hyde Park office to let my flat out in Bayswater. The process was very smooth from start to finish but in particular, Carmen was excellent. She was efficient, thorough, diligent, selective in finding good candidates, very quick in her replies and also in my opinion went above and beyond in her role in helping resolve issues with preparing the flat for a new tenancy. And she was very friendly and pleasant in her working style, very easy to get on with. 10/10 in my opinion. It’s always a hassle to let your flat out, but when I next need to, I will be contacting Carmen!

I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have on the whole been totally underwhelmed by the professionalism and service experienced with estate agents.That is until we came across Sam Daniels and the Knight Frank team in Bath. Being approachable, professional with a refreshingly proactive attitude to making the deal happen is a rare combination in this arena in my experience. Couple that with a consistent level of open communication not just up to agreeing the deal but more impressively through the legal process, meant we met very short timescales and exchanged/completed exactly when both parties agreed to! Buying and selling properties is never easy and quite demanding, but if you want that process to be calm, positive and stressless, then I would highly recommend Sam and his colleagues at Knight Fran in Bath.

Louna was exceptional

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best.
