Shannon Kearns is a gem! She went out of her way to show us so many places and she kept at it diligently. Many other agents disappeared on us after one showing, but Shannon stayed on it. Sadly we didn't end up in one of her properties, largely because she listened to what we wanted - and we randomly stumbled into an oddball and took it - it matched almost none of our going in criteria. So it goes. Give Shannon a shot - she will work hard for you.

I worked with Dylan Brooks and Vipesh Lakhani on the sale of my flat recently. I have nothing but good things to say about the work carried out. Both were in constant communication with me and we're able to make the whole sale process stress free and easy. We also achieved an excellent sale price. Vipesh was always a phonecall away for any queries or issues during the entire process and added a personal touch to the process. We used Knight Frank to sell our 2 bed flat in Belsize Park. Dylan was our main contact and he was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. He guided us through every step of the process (which included smoothing over several bumps in the road). We got an excellent price on our flat and the timeline of selling/purchasing worked well. Dylan kept us updated regularly via WhatsApp and in person. As soon as the property was listed, the team booked in plenty of viewings and we quickly received offers. They were very considerate of our family schedule which was much appreciated. A special mention to Ony as well - he was also professional and friendly. We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Chanell Quire at Knight Frank Belsize Park as buyers. Although she was not acting on our behalf, from the very first interaction she treated us with a level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism that made all the difference. She quickly understood what we were looking for and only showed us homes that were relevant, something that, unfortunately, isn’t always the norm. Here is our not very happy experience working with these guys. We rented an apartment with this agency. All rental payments were handled by the agency. We’ve moved out of the rented apartment on 17 of August. BUT we have not received back the extra money we paid to the agency (there was a standing order setup which transferred the full monthly amount on the 1st of August) AND we have not received our deposit back, even though the landlord had asked them to release it almost a week ago. Today is 10th September, almost a month passed since we moved out. Everything has been agreed with the landlord, however, the agency keeps ignoring our emails where we kindly ask to return our money. This has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone using this letting agency.

Knight Frank in Belsize Park have recently sold my Belsize Park Flat. In this challenging market it has taken quite a while and through this process I have used a number of Estate Agents in the area. Knight Frank stood out from the rest from the very beginning, and so it is not surprising they are the agent who finally secured the deal. Their service from the start has been excellent; not only have they had to work in difficult conditions, they had to put up with me, managing me through the process. I would recommend Orly and her team (Yasmin and Poppy specifically), to anyone looking to sell their place in the area.
