Orly at Belsize and Michael at Hampstead were a pleasure to deal with on the sale of our property in Hampstead Heath. Josh Lytton has been excellent throughout my search. I first met him in October and he put together a 90min blitz of Maida Vale and Swiss Cottage areas. Subsequently he took it on himself to introduce me to Belsize Park where after two more days of viewings we put an offer on a place (this is not his core area, and so this is a testament to his honesty and integrity and how he puts clients first). He understood very quickly my needs, and put together some excellent viewings. Through the offer process his professionalism and counsel has been unbeatable. We are due to complete soon. They say dealing with agents can be unpleasant. But dealing with Josh has been nothing short of seamless. If you are looking for an honest, driven, smart individual than I can recommend Josh wholeheartedly. As an aside Knight Frank have been excellent to deal with. Thank you Orly too.

I have bought my new house, sold my existing flat and rented my temporary accommodation through Knight Frank Belsize team, within 8 months, at the height of Brexit uncertainty. The team, and especially Yasmin, have been AMAZING in every step! They understand the needs of both the buyer and the seller very well, they put exactly the right amount of pressure on both sides when needed to get the deal across. They are extremely responsive and hardworking, and they work as a true team. Under Orly, they all know who is doing what when, and can step in each other’s shoes whenever needed smoothly. We recently engaged Knight Frank to rent out our Hampstead flat. While they secured suitable tenants, the service fell short considering their high fees. Communication was lacking, they didn’t have the courtesy to respond to some emails. We often had to initiate contact and felt we were doing much of the chasing. Although Olivia (St John’s Wood team) was professional and friendly, the team as a whole failed to keep us adequately informed, a crucial aspect when renting out property and planning subsequent life steps. In addition to this we felt they weren’t transparent vocally about the structure of their fees. This was left to the small print within the contract, so we would recommend all potential clients thoroughly check their terms/structure of fees before signing. Furthermore they initially launched our property on to the market without our go ahead (explaining it was a mistake).
