For what is considered to be one of the three most stressful things in one's life, the sale of my house with Knight Frank England's Lane has been incredibly easy, save for one or two moments!! I cannot praise them enough for the way this was dealt with. Having first class knowledge of recent transactions/values and applicants in the area to get the right people in swiftly, ensuring constant communication so I knew what was happening, and their willingness to “nip over” to the property if something needed checking. For an out of town seller, that was fantastic. A really very very good experience.

All our initial viewings were bang on to our requirements. She always made herself available for further viewings/questions and was very open and honest with respect to seller expectations. We really appreciated this. Once we found a flat she was very proactive and open during the negotiation. Once the price was agreed she was key to resolving any delays we were facing during the closing process. She was happy to accommodate several of our requests for follow-up viewings. Even after the exchange/closing she was happy to spent time with us in the handover.

We are moving to London from Paris over the summer. We had only a couple of weeks to find a 4/5 bedroom house in Belsize Park. Because of the kids' school the area was very narrow. Chanel and Ashleigh organised for us more than 10 visits in the area. We saw every listed property that corresponded our needs. It was very efficient and they saved us the leg work by organising the visits with other agents. We finally got the perfect house for the family. Poppy from Knight Frank helped us found our dream home in London. We started house searching in December and viewing after Christmas last year. We were narrowing down areas and the first viewing we booked for the belsize park area is with Poppy on a lovely Saturday afternoon. She took us on a half day trip, had a proper and thorough looked around all they offer on the market that suits our budget and requirement. We put an offer in February and got our offer finally accepted in early March. I worked with Ashleigh Mead-Herbert from the Belsize Park office. She emailed me a variety of prospective properties and helped me narrow down what would work for me. She quickly arranged a few showings and really captured what I was looking for. Within a week I had a signed lease and was moving into my top choice of flat. I recently rented a flat through Knight Frank Belsize Park Estate Agents and the quality of the service and assistance provided to me by Chanel Rodriguez was truly exceptional. I have over the past many years engaged with many estate agents across the country (and in other countries too), and I can say that no one beats Chanel in what one would want from someone in her position. Throughout the whole process - with all the hiccups and at times tricky moments - Chanel was there to sort anything and everything, and do so calmly and professionally and with a nice. Totally impressed by her professionalism and friendliness and her amazing ability to get things done and quickly. Following excellent follow up by Chanel Rodriguez inquiring about the progress of the property, I decided to give KF a chance to manage the property. I wasn't disappointed.
