GoogleIt is always good to know you have a strong team behind you when you put your house on the market and this is what Knight Frank provided for me. From the start when Harry Sheppard came round to see the house, he was positive, realistic and empathetic. The viewing agents, Polly and Philippa, were excellent, very professional and good at their job. Knight Frank provided contact details for other professionals one needs such as photographers and solicitors. Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful. They were upfront about costs and there were no hidden charges. They took a lot of trouble with the brochure. Those behind the scenes such as Marrium, who set up viewings, and Giselle who did the sales progression, made life as easy as possible. Harry worked incredibly hard to get the best price. He was always available on the phone or through WhatsApp. Once I had exchanged contracts, he followed up with advice about the move and what to do now. I cannot recommend the team highly enough.

The house buying process is a never an easy one but Adam really supported us throughout the journey. He helped us to get familiar with the area and decide which part of Esher, we would like to live in. He was very pro-active through the whole buying process and gave us honest and transparent advice. GoogleThe professionalism of all the team is outstanding. Adam and Matt made sure I understood the process from beginning to sold. The social media video was fantastic and the brochure very well put together. It went onto Rightmove as soon as we agreed to sell and the response was fantastic. I am quite a private person and Adam and Matt made sure only well qualified buyers were given appointments to view the house, they took care of the viewings. I would not hesitate in recommending the Esher office to anyone who is looking for the best company to sell their home.
