When it comes to Estate Agents this really is the white glove service. Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Extremely disappointing service. Our family house, in a prime north Oxford location, went on the market in spring 2021, during the stamp duty holiday and just as lockdowns were easing - an excellent time for selling. By November 2021 it was still on the market despite two reductions in price. The new agent we chose had a string of offers within two weeks of launching in December! One of the offers was from a prospective buyer who had viewed previously with KF but had not been shown the whole house and cited a lack of enthusiasm by the agent and no follow-up. KF’s viewings were functional and unenthusiastic and unprofessional, lights were left on, doors not double-locked on exit and one time the Keysafe was left open! We will certainly not be recommending Knight Frank.

"All agents are the same". No, I found they're not! Adam Burlinson, the manager, had hold of my sale and managed every inch of complication with the sale. His tenacious attitude, attention to detail, ability to overcome objections and difficulties, made the difference between the sale concluding or stalling. Being in sales myself, I hate being 'sold' to, but Adam's common sense, logical, and well argued approach, not only with me as the seller, but I'm sure with the buyers was key. Whilst being a thoroughly nice person too. Additionally his team at KF Esher, including Matt, appeared tightly lead, and 'on it'. I would thorough recommend Adam, and Knight Frank. BTW, my house is not in Esher but Leatherhead, so they seem to go wide afield.

I cannot speak highly enough of Harry and his team. Harry especially worked incredibly hard to get our deal concluded on what was a very complicated sale.
