No, I found they're not!
Adam Burlinson, the manager, had hold of my sale and managed every inch of complication with the sale. His tenacious attitude, attention to detail, ability to overcome objections and difficulties, made the difference between the sale concluding or stalling.
Being in sales myself, I hate being 'sold' to, but Adam's common sense, logical, and well argued approach, not only with me as the seller, but I'm sure with the buyers was key. Whilst being a thoroughly nice person too. Additionally his team at KF Esher, including Matt, appeared tightly lead, and 'on it'.
