I have just exchanged on a property sale in Oxford. Olly Saxton was the agent. I was first introduced to Olly via my mother who bought a property through KF and Olly and she was so Impressed with him that she advised me to approach him when I was selling my property. She was right. I initially planned to sell a few years ago and first contacted Olly then, he’s been guiding me over the last few years about the market and providing me helpful advice personal to my situation about when best to sell and how to position the house on the market. Years ago I was very pleasantly surprised when Oliver Saxton offered to value the local bridge club (for its annual accounts) at no charge. He said he was happy to help as it might eventually result in a new customer. Years later it did. Having worked with a local independent agent for over a year with two prolonged and failed sales, we decided to give Knight Frank in Oxford the challenge of selling our family home.
