I applied for a warehouse with this agent some 4 weeks ago. Everything was agreed for me to take over the warehouse and i stopped looking some weeks ago. I was due to move in by the end of the month. Contract came through today so i could sign everything off.. the contract was £5.5K higher (£18,700 per annum.) than what they had advertised and as to what was agreed, with their agent. See picture..
Steer clear of these time wasters who have just wasted 4 weeks of my very, valuable time.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Knight Frank hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Manchester.
