We couldn’t recommend Duaa Khan at Andrews Balham highly enough. From the moment we met, Duaa was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely invested in finding us the right home. What really stood out was her approach. Duaa explained that for her, it’s about finding the tenants who suit the property and the property that suits the tenants, rather than simply trying to get someone through the door. That really came across and was genuine and sincere. She listened to what we were looking for, understood what mattered to us and was honest and helpful throughout the process. The property search has been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for us, and having someone as lovely, responsive and reassuring as Duaa made such a difference. We always felt that she genuinely wanted us to find somewhere that was right for us, and boy did she deliver! She went above and beyond and we’re incredibly grateful for all her help. We would absolutely recommend Duaa to anyone looking for a property in the area. Thank you, Duaa, and congratulations to you and your daughter! We chose Andrews for the sale of our property for a number of reasons; they were professional, prompt and understanding to our anxieties around listing before we had found somewhere ourselves and were not pushy at all, really following our lead. Paula was fantastic in managing the initial process, which resulted in a huge number of viewings! Between Paula and Charlie, who created a beautiful brochure, and Alex who conducted most of the viewings, we were blown away by their commitment and genuine care towards the property and sale. Throughout the selling process, we hit some unexpected bumps in the road, but Paula and Charlie navigated these calmly, following up with buyers and solicitors to facilitate the process. Despite these issues, we still managed to complete within a very respectable timeframe. We are very grateful for the hard work and dedication of the team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
