Outstanding service from Rebecca and Katie at Andrews Headington We cannot recommend Andrews Estate Agents in Headington highly enough. Selling/buying property is notoriously stressful, but working with Rebecca Copelin and Katie Richmond made the entire process genuinely seamless. From day one, Rebecca was an absolute standout, thoroughly prepared, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. Her authentic enthusiasm, can-do attitude, and sharp objectivity gave us complete peace of mind. She genuinely cared about the outcome, and we had 100% confidence throughout that she was in our corner with the expertise to drive things over the finish line. Because she was so on top of everything and exceptionally responsive, we were able to simply step back and trust her to do her job. Rebecca is a brilliant ambassador for Andrews, truly carries the flag for the business, and deserves huge recognition for the standard of service she delivers. A special mention must also go to Katie Richmond, who was consistently responsive, proactive, and committed to getting the work done to the highest standard. Would happily recommend Andrews Wallington.

I’ve used Andrews Wallington for both letting and eventually selling my property and had a great experience throughout. Rebecca in Lettings was responsive, practical and made managing the property much easier. James and Liudmila in Sales were brilliant throughout the sale, always available, proactive with chasing and particularly helpful when things needed a push towards the end. Selling a leasehold flat isn’t always straightforward, but the team helped keep everything moving and got me over the finish line. Really grateful to them all and would happily recommend Andrews Wallington.

The Midsomer Norton branch have been amazing through our house sale process. They sold our home, as well as being responsible for our buyers property, and the communication, particularly from George, has been fantastic throughout. George kept us in the loop of what was happening, sometimes even before our solicitors had managed to. We really appreciate all of the support and communication, not only up to accepting an offer, but right through to exchange. I bought my dads flat from Andrew’s a few years ago and they were so lovely that I went back to them to sell it after he died. I cannot praise the team highly enough, it was a tricky sale due shared ownership, leasehold and missing paperwork. There were days I thought it would never all come together and without their constant help and assistance pushing the sale forward, I don’t know if it would have completed. A big thank you to Zena and Tom for the amazing communication, regular updates, and general hard work; they were constant go-between for all involved parties and made everything a little less stressful because I knew they were following up not only on my behalf but working to support the buyer also. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
