I had such a great experience with Serap at Andrews Orpington, she’s honestly one of the best lettings agents I’ve ever dealt with. From the very beginning, Serap has been fantastic. She helped me secure the property incredibly well and guided me through the whole process step by step, making everything feel easy and stress‑free. Serap really knows her stuff and took the time out of her day to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. What stood out most was the communication, whenever I had a question, Serap was on hand within minutes. I never felt left in the dark, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She is friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Serap to anyone using Andrews Orpington, she’s a real credit to the team and if you're not using Andrews Orpington, you should. Finding a property to rent can be extremely stressful, but this team completely changed that experience for me and made it feel hopeful, positive, and even uplifting. Serap and Franklyn were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond in every possible way, working at an incredible pace while still taking the time to listen, understand my situation, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. An effective and friendly team at Downend!

We are very grateful to the team at Downend, particularly Harpindar, who quickly worked out what we needed and lined us up with a successful tenancy on only the second viewing. We have had a difficult time after a house fire rendered us homeless. Our position was handled sensitively and we were gently cajoled and guided through the admin to a successful outcome. Thanks also to Gurmit for advice and help on form filling, when all was a fog!
